MYCCD.PRO Privacy Policy
This policy describes privacy practices for the MYCCD.PRO website, parish CCD / faith-formation platform, and MYCCD.PRO SMS notification program.
Last updated: September 20, 2026SMS and mobile-information commitment
MYCCD.PRO does not sell, rent, share, disclose, or transfer mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing for third-party or affiliate marketing. We may share limited mobile information and consent status only with service providers that help us provide the messaging program—such as Telnyx, telecommunications carriers, hosting/security providers, and other vendors involved in message delivery, support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
1. Who operates MYCCD.PRO
MYCCD.PRO is operated by Iseral Enterprises and provides software used by participating parishes and religious organizations to administer CCD and faith-formation programs.
2. Information MYCCD.PRO may process
Depending on how a parish configures and uses the service, MYCCD.PRO may process account and contact information; parent/guardian and household information; student information; grade and class assignments; registration information; live rosters; attendance records; authorized faith-formation or sacramental-program information; teacher/volunteer information; communications; support requests; and administrative records.
We may also process technical and security information such as timestamps, browser/device information, IP addresses or privacy-preserving hashes, authentication events, failed-login activity, audit records, and diagnostic information.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide and support MYCCD.PRO; process registration; maintain parish program records; organize classes and rosters; track attendance; enable authorized communication; provide reports; administer users and permissions; secure accounts; investigate misuse or technical problems; maintain audit history; and meet contractual or legal obligations.
4. Parish and user roles
Participating parishes or sponsoring organizations determine the program information they collect, the users they authorize, and the roles those users receive. MYCCD.PRO processes information to provide the platform and related services to those organizations.
5. MYCCD.PRO SMS notification program
People who separately and affirmatively opt in may receive recurring SMS messages from MYCCD.PRO concerning CCD or faith-formation class reminders, schedule changes or cancellations, parish-program event notices, registration or account/service updates, and customer-care communications.
SMS enrollment is optional. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing or using MYCCD.PRO.
For web opt-ins, MYCCD.PRO records evidence of consent, including the phone number, consent status, consent wording/version, timestamp, source page, and limited technical evidence used to document the opt-in.
6. Service providers and disclosures
MYCCD.PRO may provide information to service providers that perform hosting, storage, email delivery, telecommunications/SMS delivery, security, monitoring, support, payment, analytics, or similar operational services. We may also disclose information when required by valid legal process, necessary to protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or complete a lawful business transaction.
These categories do not permit SMS opt-in data, consent status, or mobile information to be used or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Data security
MYCCD.PRO uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect platform information. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, but the platform is designed to use role-aware access, account security controls, auditability, and monitoring appropriate to parish administration.
8. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain parish records and audit history, document consent and opt-out status, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, and comply with law. Retention may vary by information type and parish requirements.
9. Choices and requests
Users may update information through available MYCCD.PRO account functions or through the participating parish, as appropriate. SMS recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
